Volaire

Helping the Helpers Rise. Supporting Sustainable EMDR Clinical Work.

At Volaire EMDR Training and Consulting, we specialize in helping clinicians build competence, confidence, and clarity in their clinical work. Whether you’re just beginning your EMDR journey or deepening your expertise, we offer high-quality consultation and ongoing support to help you thrive in the work — not just survive it.

Volaire comes from the Latin volare, meaning “to fly.” It reflects our belief in growth, elevation, and moving through challenges with grounded courage. Our goal is to help clinicians rise in their skill, confidence, and sustainability, so they can help their clients rise, too.

We know that trauma work is sacred — and demanding. That’s why our approach is:

RELATIONAL - Grounded in attunement, curiosity, and mutual respect

CLINICALLY DEEP – Integrating neuroscience, EMDR, parts work, and attachment

PRACTICAL – Always connected to real-world application and client care

SUSTAINABLE - Because burnout isn't a badge of honor

Whether you’re here for basic EMDR training, ongoing consultation, or personal clarity in your clinical path — you’re welcome here.

Serving Clinicians. Elevating Care.

Volaire + CKC

Volaire EMDR Training & Consulting was created as an extension of the clinical values and vision of Central Kansas Counseling (CKC) — a practice rooted in the belief that health, courage, and authenticity are essential for both healing and growth.

As a sister company to CKC, Volaire carries these same values into every training and consultation. We believe in cultivating healthy, sustainable clinical practice; encouraging courageous clinical development and work; and fostering authentic connections between clinicians, clients, and community.

Volaire was born from lived experience — designed by working therapists who understand the complexity and beauty of this field. What began as internal consultation and EMDR intensives has grown into a mission: to train, support, and walk alongside clinicians who are doing deep healing work with others.
